Margaretha Sjöberg Boström became Director General for the association in 1994. Membership numbers in the association have increased considerably during her time as Director General, while the association’s attractive and successful training programmes have been developed.

As a result of a difference of opinion over how the association’s operative management should be conducted, the board has reached an agreement with Margaretha Sjöberg Boström that she leave her post.

The process of recruiting a new Director General will commence immediately.

Bengt Möller, who was the association’s Chairman up until 2007, and who was previously Head of Communications at Vasakronan, will serve as acting Director General and CEO until a permanent replacement has been recruited.
